   Production Processing

    Our production is in conform to the Government Standard (GB/T308-2002) and (JB5301-91). Also, we would process the production in accordance with customers' requirement and their standard. The following process would be applied wholly or partly based on different precision balls: Wire rod, Heading, Lapping, Heat Treatment, Rough Grinding, Grinding, Refine Grinding, Selection and Packing. In the view of assuring quality,our factory had set up a series of quality control as required by ISO2000, All production and after sale services are strictly following the rules and regulations of ISO2000. Our customers are rest upon our guarantee.

“STAR BRAND”Steel Ball

    Our“Star Brand”Steel Ball G5-G1000 series,including Chrome Steel Ball,Carbon Steel Ball,Stainless Steel Ball, Nickel Plated,Chrome Plated and Bronze/Copper Ball are excellent quality throughout the years,these balls were classified as Excellent Grade by the trade union upon random testing.They had been awarded as “Best Product”by the Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry Alos, our 5.9531G10(-1)Z4 ball has received “The National Machinery Product Quality Control Certificate of Satisfactory”from the National Machinery Department. We supply our prducts to most of the leading factories in China. At the same time, the majority of the output is being exported to the overseas market. The steel balls are being used on bearings, linear,casters,turn-tables, ball rack and even on decorative lamps,and toys, etc.
